Oh, I love it so much! I feel so honored to have been mentioned in this post. And I LOVE the idea of a gratitude challenge, especially in January which has always seemed like such a depressing month to me. Maybe I'll join in! *Also* I once had a quickie tarot read with someone on Twitter, and they pulled the Five of Pentacles for me, and when I looked up its meaning, it resonated with me SO STRONGLY, it was like a wake up call/slap in the face. I honestly think that's when my attitude towards gratitude really started to change. The stick has two ends, and I was focused on the end that showed lack and scarcity! Anyway, wonderful post!

Thank you for sharing this post and your wisdom in the article. When I read the part about the small connections, I swear I heard a click. The light went on.

I think we live in a world that encourages lack because that feeds into a competitive mindset. Which is limiting and ridiculous. It's very much a divide-and-conquer toxicity, and we're conditioned to support the system.

I'd love for you to join in. January is a fresh start for all of us. It's a time for new resolutions or revisiting old ones. No arguments there. But if we can live in gratitude on our journey towards our goals, it introduces ease and flow.
